Well, I have to say when one wants to get the attention of a massive corporation, just give them information that is critical to their competitors. Reece finally made contact with Mr. Borgatti, the Vice President of Production, at Technology Gold. Once Mr. Borgatti learned that Reece held the technical schematics of Adam’s matrix, he opened his doors as if we were royalty. Of course, he requested we sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Now, I’m guessing this is some type of violation on a variety of patent laws, but I don’t think Mr. Borgatti cares. I was told it really didn’t matter because the software that governs Adam’s matrix is so broad in design, Technology Gold would have violated the patents anyway even if they came up with the designs for the framework themselves. Reece said this is one of many problems when patenting software.

Get this, even if Central Circuit decided to go after Technology Gold for patent right infringement, Technology Gold also owns an arsenal of patents that they could use to turn around and sue Central Circuit for the same thing. I like to think of it as a patent stand-off.

I’m just hoping Technology Gold is able to rectify the mechanical issues that forced Adam’s android body to go into surgery in the first place. Normally this wouldn’t be a concern of mine, but it appears that I am unable to upload from his shell. I haven’t shared this information with Reece or Jade yet. The last thing they need is more stress.

Anyway, Mr. Borgatti and a team of engineers tweaked the design of Adam’s matrix, reworded it just a tad, and filed this “new design” with the U.S. Patent Office. He also sent a team of lawyers to a Federal Court House in Marshal, Texas to file an injunction of some short with Central Circuit.

Reece also mentioned Adam’s matrix was designed by a Swedish man named Rasmus Johansson and patented through an Arizona patent company. This company later put his patent to auction, with a variety of other patents, and they all sold for 5.3 billion dollars to Solid Interventions who has close ties with Central Circuit. Mr. Borgatti says Solid Interventions is just a shell company that belongs to Central Circuit. I think it is interesting that Solid Interventions allows Central Circuit to use their newly acquired patented technical schematics at no cost, but sues any companies that may violate those patents. However, if these companies joined Solid Interventions and paid them a yearly fee then Solid Intervention would reportedly protect them from these lawsuits. Fcrashes is keeping me busy.

Stay vigilant.urthermore, if a company under the protection of Solid Interventions violates someone else’s patents then that company had better think twice before they sue because with the combined patent arsenal of Central Circuit and Solid Intervention, it is a strong chance the company filing the lawsuit is violating one of their patents. Then there is a countersuit. Mr. Borgatti rambled on and stressed how Central Circuit also received a percentage of Solid Interventions’ yearly gross, as I just sat there contemplating on what I should have for lunch.

Either way I’m indifferent and have much more serious problems to deal with. Preventing a complete break down within our society, stopping a hostile alien force from taking over the planet, and getting out of this mechanical body before it

Both Jade and Reece have been trying to contact the LP, but with little success. We haven't had any luck with Mr. Borgatti either.

Unfortunately Central Circuit located our quaint little cabin in Vermont, but fortunately we weren’t there when they did. Let us just say they were highly disgruntled. We have relocated, but I can't share with you on where that is. Jade brought up a good point. How do we know you’re not working for Central Circuit? Regardless, our little resistance will continue to share information about what is to come. Just not in great detail. We were able to hack an off site database that housed information from the last council meeting on the planet Tureis. Here are some quotes from a council that has been playing all of us as if we were puppets.

“I have aligned myself with the Guardians. We as a society need to work together. If one of us falls, we all fall. It is a selfish act when someone decides to put their needs in front of the masses.”

“I too align myself with the Guardians. Any fool who is willing to remove all sense of living from themselves needs to be deprogrammed. Death itself is a disease and one which we must avoid at all cost.”

“Why can we not embrace change? If it were not for change, our society would not have evolved. When a society reaches a level where it is no longer developing mentally, physically, and morally then it will soon die out. Therefore, I align myself with the Floaters.”

“I proudly identify myself as a Floater. My life has been enlightened and I want to spread that to all who are fortunate enough to gain a consciousness, regardless of where they are from. Of all the wonderful things we have to share, why must we always focus on the ones which create suppression of other species? Why must we rebuild our societies on the backs of the ones who cannot defend themselves?”

I feel we have a society which allows our citizens enough choices to be free, and at the same time allows us to enact laws that keep us safe. They found us!

We Are Still Here

Last week was a long week. Reece and Jade have been trying to devise a way to communicate with Technology Gold. Even though Reece has a contact within the organization, we still need to be careful, we truly have no idea who we can trust. Fortunately, the authorities have not yet located us. Good thing Vermont is so rural. I find this to be hilarious considering we have been listed on every private/public media outlet known to humankind.

Reece was able to permanently deactivate his PIC, but unfortunately he won't be able to do the same with my daughters. According to the latest cranium scan, Jade’s PIC has completely merged itself to both the left and right hemisphere of her brain. As you can imagine this has scared the crap out of both Reece and I. As for Jade, she thinks it is the coolest thing ever, teenagers. What’s most puzzling to all of us is we don't know how the PIC spread to her brain. You see when a PIC is implanted it is infused into the host's deltoid then connects itself to their spinal cord, but goes no further.

As for Serafina, let’s just say she is certainly establishing a serious division amongst the people of Earth. How I ever had feelings for that woman, I will never comprehend. Ok maybe that’s too strong of a statement, but you understand.

On a different note, Central Circuit has taken ownership of a nuclear power plant. It turns out they have formed a strong bond with the United State’s Government. I’m guessing that’s how they acquired this plant so quickly.

Anyway, I just learned citizens in your time-period enjoy eBooks, so I have taken the liberty to convert my experience into such a format. It strains me to say this format is not yet available, but should be in a few weeks on all eReaders. As for now, I ask all to be vigilant with your technology.

Oh and by the way, I checked in on my baby self, and found I’m doing really well. I can’t believe how big I’m getting.

Where Do I Start?

I guess I should first explain to you who I am. My name is Spencer Cade, a middle aged man, who once lived in New York City, and held a semi-normal life. I’m now partaking in a journey I still can’t truly conceive, but have come to the realization that it’s indeed a necessary one. We’ve taken the liberty of documenting this, “so called journey” through this website and a book titled, "The Infinite Evolution - Conversion." My daughter, Jade, and I felt it was important to share with you how this all came to be. We strongly believe the human race needs to be alerted. According to my chronometer, the year I’m speaking to is 2012. Now please don’t think I’m some type of physical time traveler, that would be asinine. However, I, with the good help from my friends Telmar and Scott, have developed away to send inscribed information from the future to the past. Yes, I did say the “future,” you see I live in the year 2039 and certain events have taken place that will have an impact on us all. We felt it was imperative to inform the humanoid population before they find out the hard way, so please stay vigilant for more posts.
